of intense workouts
In conjunction with A Day, A Week (intense) is practiced during the Listen, Meditative, Exercise, and/or Rejuvenate hours of the day, and as a deck demonstrates ya boi’s strength building regime at the gym. The deck consists of four workouts on repeat: chest, back, legs, cardio/axillary—each of which are advanced in weights as strength gains are achieved.
Inhalations involve the concerted contraction of several muscles in an effort the intake atmospheric air and are paired with the preparation of poses in the following (intense) series.
Exhalations, on the other hand, involve the passive release of such muscles to expel moistened, carbon dioxide waste and are paired with the full expression of poses in the following (intense) series.
